The Community Service Supervisor manages maintenance operations, supervises technical staff, and oversees physical property repairs and construction projects. They are also responsible for budget management, preventative maintenance programs, and ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards.
Candidates must have at least three years of related experience and possess a valid driver's license along with their own tools. Required certifications include HVAC/Freon Recovery, with additional preferences for CPO and EPA Universal certifications.
