The Delivery Driver / Sales Support role is a dynamic position that combines efficient and timely delivery of products with proactive assistance to the sales team. The primary objective is to ensure that customers receive their orders accurately and on schedule, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. In addition to delivery duties, this role supports sales operations by providing valuable insights from customer interactions and assisting with order processing and inventory management. The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ultimately, this role contributes to the seamless operation of both logistics and sales functions, driving overall business success.
Minimum Qualifications:
Valid United States driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Proven experience in a delivery driver role or similar position involving customer service.
Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds safely.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic proficiency with mobile devices and delivery tracking software.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting sales teams or working in a sales support capacity.
Familiarity with inventory management systems and order processing software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of local and regional routes to optimize delivery efficiency.
