This leadership role requires a dedicated professional who can oversee daily operations, drive business performance, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage all aspects of dealership operations including sales, service, finance, and parts departments.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales and profitability goals.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and manufacturer representatives.
Oversee recruitment, training, and development of dealership team members.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and corporate policies.
