Please note: This is a full-time, fixed-term position running through to 18 December 2026.
About the role:
As a Beauty Therapy Tutor, you'll deliver our Beauty Therapy programmes and support students as they build skills, confidence, and industry readiness. You'll play an important role in shaping the next generation of beauty professionals by creating engaging, practical learning experiences in a supportive and inclusive environment.
You'll teach from an existing, structured cirriculum, with full training and teaching support provided - while advantageous no previous tutoring or training experience is required. What matters most is you passion for the beauty industry and your ability to inspire and connect with others.
Key responsibilities:
Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons using provided cirriculum
Create a fun, positive, and supportive learning environment
Provide creative and inspiring practical demonstrations
Encourage student success by ensuring their participation in assessment procedures
Provide academic and pastoral support to learners
Build positive relationships with students from diverse backgrounds
Qualifications
About you:
You're a qualified and experienced Beauty Therapy professional with a passion for supporting and inspiring learners. You bring strong communication skills, a professional approach, and a genuine interest in creating a positive, engaging learning experiences for students
A nationally recognised qualification in Beauty Therapy (Level 5 or above) or equivalent international qualification
Minimum of 2 years' Beauty Therapy experience
High Level communication and presentation skills, especially related to learning situations
Professional manner and a high standard of personal presentation
Make Up artistry experience is an advantage
A genuine passion for supporting students on their learning journey
