The Construction Supervisor oversees, schedules, and coordinates construction staff and contractors to ensure projects are completed safely and on time. They perform daily site walkthroughs, conduct quality inspections, and manage project budgets and specifications.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of related construction experience. Proficiency in reading blueprints and strong communication skills for managing clients and subcontractors are required.
