The technician is responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing commercial overhead doors, dock levelers, and associated hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems. They must also document service activities, manage parts inventory, and provide training to maintenance apprentices.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of experience in commercial or industrial door and dock system maintenance. A valid driver's license and strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills are required.

The Commercial Dock and Door Service Technician plays a critical role in maintaining and repairing commercial and industrial overhead doors, dock leveling systems, and related equipment that keep our clients' facilities operational. You'll troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems while ensuring all safety standards are met. This hands-on position requires technical expertise, independent problem-solving, and excellent customer service skills. By delivering reliable maintenance and repair services, you'll contribute directly to JLL's commitment to operational excellence and client satisfaction.
Location: Richmond, VA
Work Shift: 08 Hour Day - 1st Shift/Morning Shift
