Responsible for the installation, upgrade, and maintenance of wireless telecommunications equipment on towers and rooftops. This includes performing radio swaps, capturing close-out documentation, and ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols.
Requires a high school diploma and at least 2 years of tower climbing and troubleshooting experience. Must possess multiple certifications including OSHA 10, Nokia L0/L1, and Competent Climber/Rescue credentials.
The Tower Technician is responsible for the installation, upgrade, maintenance, and troubleshooting of wireless telecommunications equipment on towers and rooftop sites. This role requires working at heights, following strict safety protocols, and collaborating with field teams to support network infrastructure projects.
