The Floor Technician is responsible for maintaining, cleaning, and sanitizing floors across the DMU campus using specialized equipment. Duties include stripping and refinishing floors, extracting carpets, managing inventory, and ensuring all safety and cleanliness standards are met.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to operate various floor cleaning machines. Previous custodial experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office are preferred.
