The technician is responsible for performing routine and emergency maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems across multiple commercial properties. They must troubleshoot equipment, conduct preventive inspections, and maintain accurate records of all work performed.
Candidates must have technical or vocational training in a relevant trade and possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record. Proficiency in basic computing skills and the ability to work flexible shifts or on-call duties are also required.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
