This role is ideal for a highly skilled technician who excels at advanced diagnostics, takes pride in quality workmanship, and enjoys contributing to a high-performing shop environment. The Certified Master Technician serves as a technical resource within the service department while helping maintain manufacturer standards, shop productivity, and customer satisfaction. Perform advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs using manufacturer-approved tools, equipment, and procedures
Diagnose and repair complex electrical, engine, transmission, drivability, steering, suspension, brake, HVAC, and related vehicle systems
Complete customer-pay, warranty, recall, and maintenance repairs while maintaining manufacturer and dealership quality standards
Accurately document repair procedures, diagnostic findings, and recommendations while communicating effectively with Service Advisors and leadership
Support technician development by assisting with advanced diagnostics, sharing technical knowledge, and contributing to an efficient shop environment
We are looking for a highly skilled technician with strong diagnostic abilities, a commitment to quality workmanship, and a desire to continuously improve.
