Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling enquiries via email and telephone with a high degree of professionalism.
Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and calendars for our project managers and painting teams.
Prepare, issue, and track client quotations, invoices, and other project-related documentation.
Maintain organised and accurate digital files, including client records and project details.
Assist with basic bookkeeping duties, such as expense tracking and data entry.
Liaise with suppliers to order materials and ensure timely delivery for projects.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the entire team to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Proven experience in an administrative, virtual assistant, or similar support role.
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar productivity software.
