Independent contractors are responsible for the pickup, delivery, and installation of various home and backyard products. They must also perform on-site assembly and in-home repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, a clean MVR, and the necessary tools and vehicles (Van, Sprinter, or Box Truck for delivery). Legal requirements include an EIN, DOT/MC authority for certain work, and a Certificate of Insurance meeting AIT standards.

You choose the work that fits your schedule, equipment, and capabilities—the more your business is equipped for service type- delivery and assembly (including proper vehicle and team setup), the greater the volume of opportunities available to you.
Delivery & Assembly: (2-person team): Pickup, deliver, and install products to manufacturer specifications. Sedans/SUV NOT permitted for this work
Assembly Only (2-person team): Assemble products on-site at customer homes Sedans/SUV
Repair (1-person): Complete in-home repairs using manufacturer-provided parts. Sedans/SUV
Screening Requirements:AIT conducts background checks and drug screens for all owners, drivers, and helpers.
