The Maintenance Technician is responsible for preserving the asset's value by maintaining the community's interior and exterior physical condition. This includes performing repairs, preventative maintenance, and responding to resident service requests.
Candidates must have 2 years of experience in electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair with excellent communication skills. HVAC certification and computer literacy are preferred.
