The technician will perform survey, installation, and configuration of Wireless Intrusion Detection Systems at various locations. Responsibilities include antenna assembly, ethernet and fiber optic cable installation, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Candidates must have a minimum of ten years of experience in a related field and possess a working knowledge of signal flow and low-voltage power systems. The role requires the ability to work at heights and travel both domestically and internationally.
Amentum/SNS requires casual CONUS/OCONUS Technical Engineering resources to provide survey, installation, and configuration assistance for a Wireless Intrusion Detection System at various locations both CONUS and OCONUS. Work will be on a casual basis, as the installation schedule is fluid, with 2-4 weeks of work every 2-3 months. Schedules will be arranged prior to actual installations and could vary in length.
