Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least five years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance, including two years in a training or technical communicator role. Proficiency in interpreting technical manuals, electrical/hydraulic schematics, and Microsoft Office is required.

Responsible for providing expert technical support to technicians and staff and some technical information to customers. This role involves developing and delivering technical training programs, troubleshooting complex equipment issues, and serving as the liaison between the dealership and the equipment manufacturer. The Technical Communicator ensures that all service staff have the necessary technical knowledge to maintain and repair heavy equipment efficiently and effectively.
