The operator is responsible for the safe operation of hydraulic cranes for heavy lifting and transport while ensuring the safety of co-workers. They must also perform preventative maintenance on equipment and maintain clear communication with riggers during operations.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience as a crane operator and hold a valid Class A or B CDL license. An NCCCO certification is required, and completion of high school or secondary education is preferred.
