Required Skills & Experience

Proven Journey-Level carpentry experience, including framing, drywall repair, window and door installation, trim, cabinetry, and interior/exterior finish work
Experience with kitchen, bathroom, and general home remodeling and maintenance
Ability to plan work in advance, meet project timelines and budgets, and work independently with minimal supervision
Skilled in reading blueprints, interpreting detailed specifications, and applying construction math
Proficient with tools, construction equipment, and technology used for research, learning, and communication
Strong problem-solving, diagnostic, and communication abilities
Physically capable of performing typical construction tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted
Bonus Points For:
Familiarity with remodeling codes and building standards
Experience leading small teams or mentoring crew
Experience in high-quality custom work
CPR/First Aid/AED certification (we’ll help you get it if needed)
Benefits
Comprehensive health insurance (medical, dental, vision)

Flexible spending or health savings account
Paid holiday, sick, and vacation time
Cell phone stipend
Mileage reimbursement
Long-term disability & life insurance
401(k) retirement plan
Optional benefits include: Short-Term Disability, Legal Benefits Plan, Pet Insurance, Accident, and Hospital Indemnity Insurance
Final candidates will be submitted for a background check, motor vehicle records check and drug screen.
