Oversees a team of technicians to deliver preventative and corrective maintenance for assigned facilities while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Performs hands-on maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical building systems to ensure facility uptime.
Requires 5 years of facility operations experience, a high school diploma, and trade certification. Candidates must possess strong leadership skills and a valid professional license such as Refrigeration, Electrical, or Power Engineering.
The Maintenance Team Leader is responsible for overseeing a team of Technicians in the delivery of preventative and corrective maintenance, routine and on-demand services for assigned facilities. The Maintenance Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the execution of activities performed by Technicians to ensure that work is performed in accordance to established processes and practices and is in compliant with all internal and external requirements including but not limited to environmental, health and safety, fire protection. In addition to people leadership responsibilities, the Maintenance Team Leader also performs and delivers preventative and corrective maintenance as well as routine and on-demand services.

This is a regular, full-time position with a salary range of $75,440 - $94,300 per annum. The starting salary will be based on the successful candidate’s competencies, including but not limited to experience, education and performance related to this role.
