The Role: Dispatcher/Installation Coordinator
You are a skilled, organized dispatcher experienced in routing skilled technicians. You ensure that all customer scheduling and installation requirements are completed in a timely manner in an assigned territory of commercial/business accounts. You'll review the technician schedules, determine the scope of each project, communicate promptly and proactively with customers, schedule labor resources, and monitor the completion of jobs in you assigned territory. You will be part of a supportive team with leadership who care and work to set you up for success.
