The Plumbing Estimator is responsible for evaluating residential and commercial plumbing opportunities to develop accurate, competitive estimates and proposals. Candidates must have 3+ years of plumbing estimating experience and strong hands-on field experience in service, remodel, or new construction. Proficiency in reading blueprints, using estimating software, and demonstrating master-level plumbing knowledge is required.

The Plumbing Estimator plays a critical role in driving revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This position is responsible for evaluating residential and commercial plumbing opportunities, developing accurate and competitive estimates, and converting opportunities into awarded jobs.
This is a customer-facing, results-driven role that blends technical expertise, sales acumen, and relationship-building to support company growth.
