Candidates must have a high school diploma and 5 to 12 years of commercial HVAC experience, with a preference for technical or vocational degrees. An EPA Section 608 Universal Certification and a valid Ohio driver's license are strictly required.

Mid-Ohio Air Conditioning (MOAC) has been a market leader in the commercial and industrial HVAC industry in Ohio for over 55 years. Serving Central, Northeast, and Southeast Ohio, we are committed to technical excellence, customer satisfaction, and the continuous development of our workforce. Our team-based approach to problem solving is the foundation of our continued success.
The Commercial HVAC Service Technician performs preventive maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, repair, equipment start-up, commissioning, and periodic installation on commercial and industrial HVAC and mechanical systems throughout Ohio. This role demands strong technical competence, professionalism, and the ability to communicate effectively with service coordinators, customers, and management.
Standard schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with consistent overtime opportunities. Technicians receive a company vehicle, uniforms, specialty tools, tablet, and ongoing training.
