The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep of the property by diagnosing and repairing appliances, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. They must also perform general building maintenance, address landscaping needs, and provide exceptional customer service to residents.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of property maintenance experience and hold an EPA Universal or HVAC certification. Proficiency in using hand and power tools, along with effective communication skills, is required for this role.
