Maintain the safe and efficient operation of building systems and the overall appearance of facilities. This includes performing light repairs, conducting preventive maintenance, and responding to work orders via the Workspeed system.
Requires at least one year of maintenance experience, preferably in a commercial office environment, and a valid driver's license. Candidates must be physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and working in various environments, including roofs and crawl spaces.
As a member of the Facility Services team, the Maintenance Technician will work to maintain the safe and efficient operation of building systems, as well as maintain the appearance of the facilities.
