The Field Engineer will assist Superintendents with day-to-day construction project management, including coordinating subcontractors and monitoring site progress. They are responsible for maintaining project documentation, ensuring safety and quality compliance, and resolving field-related issues.
Candidates must be at least 21 years old, possess a valid driver's license, and be willing to travel regularly for field-based work. Position Summary
Storage Building Company is seeking a motivated Field Engineer / Assistant Superintendent to join our growing field operations team. This is a hands-on development position designed for an early-career construction professional who wants to build a long-term career in field operations and grow into a Superintendent role.
The ideal candidate is someone who is eager to learn, comfortable working in the field, and interested in taking on increasing levels of responsibility. You will work directly alongside experienced Superintendents and Area Managers while gaining practical experience in construction, project coordination, safety, quality control, scheduling, and field leadership.
This is a traveling position, and the successful candidate must be willing and able to travel regularly to active construction projects, potentially across multiple states.
