Candidates should have 2-3 years of retail sales experience and possess basic automotive system and parts knowledge. Strong communication skills, the ability to lift up to 100 pounds, and proficiency in using POS and inventory systems are required.

The role has in-depth knowledge of the store inventory and maintenance processes. Position can be part time or full time. Fleet safety certification preferred.
