We are looking for a self-starter who works well with others in an energetic team environment, has the ability to take charge, and possesses a willingness to learn. The candidate must be organized and possess a strong attention to detail.

Under the direction of the Branch Management team, the Production Worker / Warehouse Associate plays a vital role in the efficient and safe operation of our warehouse and production department. This role is responsible for performing various tasks related to the fabrication of hydraulic and industrial hoses, order picking, and contributing to production processes. The Production Worker / Warehouse Associate is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy with labeling of hoses, ensuring hose assemblies meet proper specifications, and operating hose crimp machines. This role also requires a keen attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals and create exceptional customer service.
High school diploma, or equivalent evidence of educational proficiency at the high school level.
Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not mandatory.
