He believed that Bethesda residents and Washingtonians alike possessed higher expectations of retailers. We're looking for experienced Service Technicians who can produce, diagnose efficiently, and handle a wide range of vehicles. If you're tired of slow shops or inconsistent work, this store keeps you busy.
What the Role Looks Like:
Consistent workflow from two brands - no shortage of hours Mix of warranty, customer-pay, and internal work. Work on both luxury vehicles and high-volume units Modern shop with up-to-date equipment and tooling Strong service advisors and dispatch to keep work flowing Opportunities for continued training and brand certification
What You Need:
Proven experience as an automotive service technician Strong diagnostic and repair skills Ability to efficiently complete work while maintaining quality Experience with both routine maintenance and complex repairs ASE certifications preferred (not required) Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Pay Plan:
