The Maintenance Supervisor directs the work of technicians to ensure the physical preservation and maintenance of residential assets according to budget and SOPs. This includes managing work orders, performing repairs, and overseeing preventative maintenance plans to provide an exceptional resident experience.
Requires a high school diploma, at least 6 years of multi-family housing maintenance experience, and 1 year of supervisory experience. Candidates must hold EPA Type I and II certifications and possess expert knowledge in multiple trades including HVAC and plumbing.

The Maintenance Supervisor uses advanced knowledge of residential maintenance operations to perform maintenance and repair work and to mentor, train, and direct the work of Maintenance Technicians. This role is accountable for physical operations, preservation, and maintenance of the asset in accordance with SOPs and budget guidelines, ensuring timely completion of work at quality standards. The ability to establish positive, productive working relationships with team members and vendors and to provide residents an exceptional customer experience and quality living environment is at the forefront of this role.
The salary range for this position is estimated to be $32 to $43 per hour, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and work location.
