The Resident Associate manages resident accounts, lease agreements, and renewals while serving as the primary point of contact for resident transactions. They are responsible for performing move-in/move-out inspections, enforcing community policies, and achieving resident satisfaction and retention targets.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in property management, hospitality, or customer service with a proven track record in retention and collections. Proficiency in office software and a valid driver's license with a personal vehicle are required for this role.

The Resident Associate serves the dual purpose of performing account management services as the primary point of contact for all resident transactions arising from current lease agreements, and generating revenue from fee enforcement, lease enhancements, and renewals. This role is accountable for achieving resident satisfaction and retention targets.
