Handle day-to-day Atlassian platform operations: Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Atlassian Guard for 1,200+ users;
Build, maintain, and optimize Jira Automation rules and JMWE post-functions, validators, and conditions;
Support and develop integrations with GitLab, Slack, HiBob, PagerDuty, JEC, and other connected systems;
Write and maintain Python scripts and services for custom integrations, automation, and data processing;
Develop and deploy Rovo AI agents to reduce manual work across the company;
Manage Jira Assets, including object schemas, lifecycle automation, and notifications;
Administer access control, permissions, SSO, SCIM, and platform security;
Resolve cross-team platform issues and contribute to platform governance and documentation;
Build reports and dashboards using native Jira functionality and Marketplace apps.
Experience you’ll need to bring:
2–4 years of hands-on Atlassian administration (Jira Cloud, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Atlassian Guard);
Solid experience with Jira Automation, including complex rules, smart values, branching, scheduling, and audit;
Working knowledge of JMWE (post-functions, validators, and conditions);
Practical development experience in Go or Python (REST clients, scripting, data processing);
Experience integrating Atlassian products with external systems via REST APIs (webhooks, OAuth, pagination, error handling);
Familiarity with Jira Assets (CMDB schemas, object lifecycle);
Understanding of the Atlassian security model: permissions, security levels, SSO/SCIM, and audit logs.
