As an Oracle P2D Manager in Consulting, you will lead client engagements within our Finance Technology - Oracle Core ERP practice, focusing on delivering innovative Oracle solutions. You will be responsible for guiding teams in implementing Oracle technologies, driving transformation, and enhancing business processes for our clients. As a Manager, you will leverage your leadership skills to mentor junior staff, manage client accounts, and oversee project execution. You will play a pivotal role in strategic planning, confirming projects are completed successfully and meet client expectations. Your ability to inspire and develop your team will be crucial in delivering quality outcomes and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

- Leading Oracle P2D consulting projects and managing client expectations effectively
- Guiding teams in strategic technology planning and execution of Oracle-based solutions
- Utilizing Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure to enhance business transformation initiatives
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to identify and address Oracle technology challenges
- Developing and overseeing the deployment of Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher and Oracle Data Integration solutions
- Promoting process improvement and optimization within Oracle technology frameworks
- Confirming data integrity and compliance within Oracle application environments
- Identifying opportunities for optimizing Oracle technology utilization and improving business performance

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF)
- Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher for data-driven insights
