Deine Aufgabe ist es, unsere Kunden nicht nur zufriedenzustellen, sondern zu begeisterten Fans zu machen. Werde unser zentraler Ansprechpartner für Key-Accounts (wie z.B. Poco, ThyssenKrupp und Stabilo), steigere mit deinen Fähigkeiten den After-Sales-Service und trage dazu bei, die Kundenzufriedenheit auf ein unerreichtes Level zu heben. Wir suchen deutschlandweit nach einem Key-Account Manager (m/w/d), der bereit ist, in einem dynamischen E-Commerce-Umfeld zu wachsen und maßgeblich zum Erfolg von Shopware beizutragen. Egal, wo du dich befindest, du wirst ein integraler Bestandteil unseres Teams sein.
Key-Account Management: Deine Hauptverantwortung liegt in der Pflege und Entwicklung strategischer Partnerschaften mit unseren Schlüsselkunden. Dabei strebst du langfristige Geschäftsbeziehungen an, um das Umsatzwachstum sicherzustellen.
Kundenbetreuung: Du bist für die umfassende Betreuung zugewiesener Key-Accounts verantwortlich. Dein Fokus liegt darauf Opening, Closing und Retention.
Umsatzsteigerung: Identifikation von Upselling- und Cross-Selling-Möglichkeiten. Du vertreibst die Produkte unserer Technologiepartner (z.B. Payment & Shipping-Provider). Du trägst damit dazu bei, den Umsatz zu steigern und die Churnrate niedrig zu halten.
Kundenzufriedenheit: Du gewährleistest hohe Kundenzufriedenheit durch proaktive Kommunikation, Lösung von Problemen und Sicherstellung, dass die Erwartungen der Kunden erfüllt werden. Persönliche 1:1-Beziehungen, regelmäßige Strategie-Meetings und ein effektiver Onboarding-Prozess spielen dabei eine zentrale Rolle.
Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams: In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Sales, Marketing, Produktentwicklung und Technical Support sorgst du dafür, dass die Anforderungen der Kunden optimal erfüllt werden. Du agierst als Schnittstelle zu internen Fachspezialisten und stellst sicher, dass Bestandskunden den bestmöglichen Support erhalten.
Branchenmessen und Networking: Du nimmst aktiv an Branchenmessen teil, um Beziehungen zu pflegen, zu networken und langfristige, strategische Partnerschaften mit den Top-Kunden (Online-Umsatz von ca. 50 Mio. €). Dies trägt dazu bei, das Unternehmen in der Branche zu positionieren und das Kundenportfolio weiter auszubauen.
Teilnahme an zentralen Teammeetings am Campus in Schöppingen (ca. 6x/Jahr)
Nachweisbaren Erfolgen: Du verfügst über nachweisbare Erfolge im Bereich Key-Account Management, vorzugsweise im E-Commerce oder der Softwarebranche.
Kommunikationsfähigkeiten: Du besitzt exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich. Du überzeugst durch ein souveränes Auftreten, Argumentationsstärke und ein hohes Maß an Empathie.
Selbstständigkeit: Du zeigst die Fähigkeit zur selbstständigen Arbeit, organisierst dich und deine Aufgaben optimal und auch proaktive Problemlösung gehört zu deinem Skill-Set.
E-Commerce-Kenntnisse: Du bringst grundlegendes Verständnis für die E-Commerce-Branche mit und bist an den neuesten Trends und Entwicklungen interessiert.
Beziehungsmanagement: Du hast ein gutes Händchen für Beziehungsmanagement und hast Erfahrung mit großen Accounts in IT-nahen Bereichen.
Vertriebsfähigkeiten: Du kannst Cross- und Upselling-Möglichkeiten identifizieren, und damit proaktiv deine Vertriebsziele verfolgen. Bei uns kannst du deine Quota übertreffen und deine erfolgreiche Karriere ausbauen.
CRM-Erfahrung: Du bist es gewohnt mir einem CRM-System zu arbeiten (z.B. HubSpot oder Salesforce).
