Our Facilities Management team helps keep the Etihad Stadium and wider site ready for the many different demands of each day and each season. From maintaining safe, clean and welcoming spaces to supporting matchday preparation, contractor coordination and guest standards, the team plays an important part in creating a professional environment that works for everyone who uses it.

Your focus will include daily checks and operational support across cleaning, health and safety, building maintenance, grounds, security and energy management. You will also help coordinate planning and day-to-day use of the site, support accommodation standards, contribute to audits and inspections, and work alongside others to make sure facilities meet the needs of a varied and busy environment.
You will work closely with colleagues, partners and contractors, helping to build positive relationships and support continuous improvement across the site. ⚽ Good computer literacy, with the ability to maintain records, complete administration and produce reports accurately.
⚽ Ability to manage day-to-day operations, follow procedures and contribute to continuous improvement.
⚽ A good standard of education or relevant qualifications, with the flexibility to work a 5 days over 7 pattern including regular evenings and weekends.
Why Choose Us
Working at Manchester City means being supported to do your best, with the flexibility and encouragement to look after your wellbeing. We are committed to helping our people learn, grow and thrive in a culture built on collaboration, openness and hard work.
As part of our team, you will receive 26 days’ annual leave plus a day off for your birthday, private healthcare and dental cover, and an annual discretionary bonus. You will also have access to a Health Cash Plan, Employee Assistance Programme with 24/7 GP support, and a company pension and life assurance.
