The Senior Manager leads the end-to-end design, construction, and delivery of key Olympic and Paralympic venues. They are responsible for managing internal staff and external partners while ensuring all infrastructure meets functionality, sustainability, and accessibility standards.
Candidates must have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in event overlay design and temporary infrastructure delivery. A bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Sports Management, or a related field is strongly preferred.

The 2028 Games mark the return of the Summer Games to the U.S. for the first time in 32 years and Los Angeles’ third time hosting an Olympic Games and first time welcoming the Paralympic Games. This presents the unique and exciting opportunity to celebrate our legacy with the Games and push the Olympic and Paralympic Movements forward, writing a new chapter of Games history in Los Angeles.

The VNI (Venue Infrastructure) team plays a critical role in delivering competition and non-competition venues that are functional, innovative, and accessible for the Olympic and Paralympic Games. As part of the larger Sport & Games Delivery group, the VNI team ensures that all venues are designed and developed with the highest standards for functionality, sustainability, and inclusion.
As Sr. Manager of Venue Infrastructure Delivery, the role leads the end-to-end design, build, and delivery of a key Games-time venue. You will manage a team of 3–4 staff members alongside external partners and contractors. Initially, you will coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and consultants to finalize Olympic and Paralympic venue designs. You will then transition to leading on-site execution, construction, and delivery.

The annual base salary range for this position is $105,000.00 - $140,000.00. The pay scale provided is the range that LA28 reasonably expects to pay as starting base compensation for this role. All LA28 compensation remains subject to final determination based on individual candidate qualifications, experience, or other reasonable criteria consistent with LA28’s operational business needs and applicable law.
