The Director will establish operating models, service policies, and technology for various vehicle programs to ensure efficient transport during the Olympic and Paralympic Games. They will lead the Fleet Systems team, manage budgets and suppliers, and direct service-side control from the Fleet Operations Center.
Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in fleet operations, mobility, or transportation technology, with a preference for a bachelor's degree in a related field. Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs and manage complex vehicle systems in a time-critical environment is essential.

The Director, Fleet Systems will establish the operating models, service policies, and technology behind the TX Ready-to-Go (TXR), TX Bookable (TXB), accessible TX, and allocated vehicle programs from the ground up before the Games. You will turn service levels into executable plans, decide with incomplete information, and enable operations and technology partners to succeed. At Games-time, your work becomes the accessible, resilient fleet system that keeps the Olympic and Paralympic Games moving.
What This Role Means for the Games
Reliable, accessible transport gets athletes to the start line and the Games family between venues on time. The systems you establish shape that experience for everyone who depends on TX and allocated vehicles across the Games.
The annual base salary range for this position is $126,000 - $182,000. The pay scale provided is the range that LA28 reasonably expects to pay as starting base compensation for this role. All LA28 compensation remains subject to final determination based on individual candidate qualifications, experience, or other reasonable criteria consistent with LA28's operational business needs and applicable law.
