Lead and guide wilderness, vehicle, and bike tours while sharing the history and culture of the Canadian Rockies. Manage guest bookings, ensure safety and regulatory compliance with Parks Canada, and handle activity set-up and clean-up.
Candidates must hold Standard First Aid/CPR C, Apprentice Interpretive Guide, and Four Season Group Management certifications, along with a Class 4 Driver's License. A minimum of one year of experience in a high-volume recreational guiding environment and the physical ability to lift 40+ lbs are required.

Fairmont Banff Springs is looking for an energetic individual to assist in the delivery of our Adventure & Experiences Guiding program. Adventure & Experiences Guides should have a wide variety of talents but above all should have excellent customer service skills and a willingness to learn.
Starting Rate: $25.50 per hour
We recognize tenure through our compensation. Hourly rates increase after six months, and yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $29.30.
We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible until January 2027.
Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
