The instructor will plan and deliver private and group climbing sessions tailored to various skill levels. They are also responsible for managing bookings, promoting services, and maintaining a safe, inclusive gym environment.
Candidates need at least 3 years of climbing experience with prior teaching or coaching experience. Strong communication skills and flexible availability for evenings and weekends are required.

Central Rock Gym provides our members and guests with access to world class indoor rock climbing, fitness, and yoga!
Central Rock Gym provides the highest quality indoor climbing experience for beginner to advanced climbers. Our route setting, friendly staff and cleanliness give you the ability to train your hardest and push yourself to the limit, while the community of climbers will provide a great source of fun, and a place to engage with others. Our rock wall designs are state of the art and include the best top-roping, leading, and bouldering around. Walltopia and Rockwerx have worked in some of the best slabs, lead arches, aretes, beginner areas and steep slopes that any gym has seen, while maintaining open areas for competition viewing and relaxation between climbs. In addition to our climbing, we offer exercise equipment, a weight training area, yoga, and comfortable areas for parents to watch and relax with wireless internet. We host incredible group events and have the multifunctional spaces to provide food and refreshments.
