Au sein de notre Practice Data Science & IA, nous concevons et industrialisons des solutions d’IA générative, de Machine Learning et d’agents autonomes qui transforment durablement les activités et les processus métiers de nos clients.
Dans ce contexte de forte croissance, nous recherchons des AI Engineers capables de transformer les dernières avancées de l’intelligence artificielle — modèles de langage, agents, RAG — en solutions robustes, performantes et déployées en production.
Vous intervenez sur l’ensemble du cycle de vie de la brique IA : choix et conception des modèles, construction des architectures LLM, RAG et multi-agents, optimisation des performances, puis mise en production et suivi dans le temps.
Vous veillez à ce que chaque solution développée soit fiable, performante et réellement adoptée par ses utilisateurs finaux, du prototype jusqu’à son usage quotidien en production.
