Trabajarás en un entorno dinámico con tecnología de vanguardia, aplicando buenas prácticas de ingeniería, modelos de IA propios y aprendizaje continuo, con el propósito de democratizar el comercio electrónico y los servicios financieros en América Latina.
Imagináte emprendiendo proyectos desafiantes, dinámicos e innovadores y siendo responsable de:
• Desarrollar soluciones integrales y gestionar la operación en producción de productos de gran impacto dentro del core de Meli orientado a los beneficios a usuarios.
• Diseñar y crear productos implementando tecnologías escalables, robustas y seguras en coordinación con otros equipos técnicos.
• Monitorear la salud de los proyectos realizando el seguimiento de los principales KPIs.
• Evolucionar el roadmap de Benefits alineando dependencias y prioridades con el negocio para los flujos de entrega de beneficios a los usuarios.
¿Qué buscamos en vos?
• Poseer experiencia sólida en roles de desarrollo backend dominando el lenguaje de programación Go.
• Contar con conocimientos comprobables en bases de datos relacionales y no relacionales.
• Haber diseñado y desarrollado arquitecturas distribuidas y microservicios.
