Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate effective communication within the team to promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. - Support the identification and implementation of best practices to enhance software development processes. - Mentor team members to foster professional growth and technical expertise. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Robotic Process Automation. - Strong understanding of automation frameworks and workflow orchestration. - Experience with scripting languages and integration of automation tools. - Knowledge of process analysis and optimization techniques. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Solid problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve automation challenges. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation. - This position is based at our Manila office.
