Buscamos un/a QA Lead con sólida experiencia en la definición, gestión y gobernanza de entornos no productivos, o haber tenido participación activa en procesos de migración tecnológica derivados de fusiones y adquisiciones (M&A).
Esta persona será responsable de liderar la estrategia de calidad, asegurando la correcta definición de entornos de testing (DEV, QA, UAT, PRE, etc.), así como la coordinación de pruebas en escenarios de migración de sistemas críticos, garantizando la integridad, trazabilidad y calidad del software en todo el ciclo de vida.
Responsabilidades principales
Definir, implementar y gobernar la estrategia de QA a nivel organizacional.
Experiencia en diseñar y estructurar entornos no productivos, asegurando su alineación con las necesidades de desarrollo, testing y negocio.
Liderar la planificación y ejecución de pruebas en proyectos de migración de sistemas (por ejemplo, integración tras adquisición de otra compañía).
Coordinar pruebas end-to-end en escenarios complejos de integración entre sistemas legacy y nuevos.
Definir estrategias de testing: funcional, regresión, integración, UAT, performance y seguridad.
Garantizar la correcta gestión de datos de prueba (test data management) en entornos no productivos.
Supervisar la automatización de pruebas y promover buenas prácticas (CI/CD, shift-left testing).
Colaborar con equipos de desarrollo, arquitectura, negocio y operaciones para asegurar calidad transversal.
Gestionar riesgos asociados a migraciones tecnológicas y validar planes de contingencia.
Liderar y mentorizar equipos de QA.
