The QA Analyst will collaborate with business and development teams to analyze requirements, design test cases, and execute functional, integration, and UAT testing. They are responsible for identifying and tracking defects while ensuring software quality standards are met throughout the development lifecycle.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, including expertise in requirement analysis and defect management. Proficiency in testing tools like JIRA or ALM, along with basic knowledge of SQL and REST APIs, is required.

Buscamos incorporar profesionales con experiencia en QA Funcional para participar en proyectos del sector bancario. Las personas seleccionadas formarán parte de equipos multidisciplinares, colaborando estrechamente con negocio, analistas funcionales y equipos de desarrollo para garantizar que las soluciones implementadas cumplen los requisitos definidos y los estándares de calidad establecidos.
Analizar requerimientos funcionales y definir casos de prueba.
Diseñar, ejecutar y documentar pruebas funcionales.
Identificar, registrar y realizar seguimiento de incidencias.
Colaborar con equipos de desarrollo, negocio y testing.
Definir criterios de aceptación junto con negocio y equipos funcionales.
Diseñar y ejecutar pruebas funcionales, de integración, regresión y UAT.
Elaborar evidencias de prueba y documentación de resultados.
Mantener la trazabilidad entre requisitos funcionales y casos de prueba.
Participar en iniciativas de mejora continua de procesos y metodologías QA.
Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en funciones de Quality Assurance (QA).
Experiencia en análisis de requerimientos funcionales, identificación de escenarios de prueba y validación de soluciones.
Experiencia en la definición, diseño, ejecución y documentación de pruebas funcionales.
Experiencia en la gestión del ciclo de vida de defectos.
Muy valorable experiencia en sector bancario, seguros, previsión social o productos financieros.
Participación en sesiones de análisis funcional con negocio, analistas y equipos de desarrollo.
Experiencia en pruebas de integración, regresión, end-to-end y UAT.
Elaboración de evidencias, informes de resultados y métricas de calidad.
Conocimiento de herramientas de gestión de pruebas y defectos (JIRA, ALM, Xray, Rally o equivalentes).
Conocimientos básicos de SQL para validación de datos.
Conocimientos básicos de APIs y validación de servicios REST.
Capacidad para adaptarse a diferentes modelos de trabajo y colaborar eficazmente con equipos multidisciplinares.
Buenas habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
Capacidad para identificar riesgos, detectar gaps funcionales y proponer mejoras en procesos y metodologías QA.
Orientación al detalle, capacidad analítica y visión funcional de negocio.
Experiencia en automatización de pruebas (Selenium, Appium, Postman o herramientas similares).
Experiencia en pruebas de rendimiento con herramientas como JMeter, LoadRunner o Gatling.
