The job
The Program Manager in the Value Realization organization will be results-driven and lead cross-functional initiatives that maximize business value from technology investments. This role is pivotal in aligning opportunities and their outcomes with enterprise goals, driving teams to deliver on measurable success KPIs, and ensuring stakeholder engagement across technical and business domains.
Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong leadership experience, exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to navigate and manage complexity across technological and organizational landscapes. They will be change agents in organizational and cultural transformation, guiding and supporting teams through process alignment.
Key responsibilities
Experience collaborating with teams and stakeholders across multiple geographies.
7+ years of experience with commercial software product development, with at least 3 years in team leadership or managerial role.
Experience with Agile, Lean, or other modern delivery methodologies.
Demonstrated experience navigating organizational complexity and driving cross-functional collaboration.
Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across teams and levels.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate strategic outcomes and value realization.
