Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that utilize contemporary frameworks and agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient solutions. Your work is focused on meeting unique business requirements while continuously enhancing system performance and reliability through innovative approaches and iterative development cycles.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Maintain and update documentation related to software development and system configurations.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing software components to enhance functionality and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday HCM Security.
- Experience with configuring and managing security roles, permissions, and access controls within Workday HCM environments.
- Strong understanding of identity and access management principles as they apply to enterprise software.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues in complex software systems.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data security best practices in cloud-based applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday HCM Security.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
