Natus Sensory is seeking an experienced and results-driven Information Technology Business Partner to join our management team. This role is responsible for setting the company’s IT strategy and vision in alignment with corporate objectives to support business scalability. The ideal candidate will lead the management of the Transition Services Agreement (TSA) for Natus Sensory, Inc., ensuring smooth operations and the successful implementation of key IT initiatives, with a specific focus on Salesforce application implementations. This role also involves developing and enforcing information technology policies and procedures, as well as providing guidance on all IT-related matters.
This position will be pivotal in facilitating collaboration and communication related to the services provided through our TSA agreement, while also leading strategic application implementation projects to drive the company's overall growth. The individual will work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and external stakeholders to align IT strategies with business goals, ensuring that technology solutions are effectively implemented, adopted, and optimized.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Some travel is required, up to 30%
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position will potentially manage direct reports in the future but not in the near term of the role.
