The Mental Health RN provides integrated health management and nursing support to individuals with serious mental illness or survivors of domestic violence in supportive housing. Key duties include conducting health assessments, coordinating community healthcare resources, and promoting wellness and preventive care.
Candidates must hold a current, unrestricted NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license and have at least one year of experience in mental health or community-based settings. A valid NYS driver's license and reliable vehicle are required.

This position provides integrated health management and nursing support services to individuals living in supportive housing programs who are experiencing Serious Mental Illness (SMI) and/or have been impacted by Domestic Violence (DV).
The Mental Health RN plays a vital role in promoting physical and behavioral health wellness, supporting individuals in managing chronic health conditions, and helping participants navigate and access community-based healthcare resources.
