An Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW) provides mental health services under the supervision of a licensed clinical social worker. ACSW conducts assessments to understand clients' psychological and social needs and develops treatment plans. ACSW offers therapeutic services, such as individual, group, and family therapy, to help clients address mental health issues. ACSW also connects clients with community resources and support services, advocating on their behalf to ensure they receive appropriate care. ACSW maintains accurate and confidential client records, complying with ethical and regulatory standards. Additionally, ACSW participates in ongoing training and supervision to enhance their clinical skills and professional development.

Master’s degree in social work (MSW): Completion of an accredited MSW program.

The work environment is characteristic of a clinic environment. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
