Licensed Clinical Supervisor – Urgent Care and Mobile Response
Base Salary Range: $36.81 - $51.53 per hour, based on relevant years of experience
Location Differential: 5% for employees working at eligible 24/7 locations
Shift Differential: Additional pay of up to $7.00 per hour based on shift schedule and time of day
Location: Fort Collins, Colorado at the Longview campus
Status: Full-time positions, 40 hours per week
Schedule: Wednesday-Friday, 7:00 PM-7:30 AM, and every other Saturday, 7:00 PM-7:30 AM (overnights)

You will provide hands-on leadership, support staff development, strengthen inpatient workflows, and help ensure clients receive compassionate, inclusive, and timely care.

Eligible candidates may qualify for a bonus of up to $10,000, with additional shift differentials available
Role Overview:
The Clinical Program Supervisor provides leadership, supervision, and clinical guidance for staff across acute 24/7 programs, with primary responsibility for clinical staff working in the Behavioral Health Urgent Care and mobile response. In this role, you will support crisis professionals and clinicians, guide program workflow and process improvement, and contribute as a member of a multidisciplinary leadership team. You will also work with and advocate for diverse and often marginalized populations, ensuring services are delivered in an inclusive, equitable, and responsive manner.
What You’ll Do:
Provide direct supervision, coaching, and support to clinical, triage, case management, behavioral health technician, and peer specialist staff in Acute Care.
Serve as a trusted resource for clients, clinical teams, administrative staff, nursing staff, team leads, and contract staff within 24/7 programming.
Partner closely with Acute Care clinical, operations, and medical leadership to strengthen crisis stabilization, inpatient behavioral health workflows, and overall program effectiveness.
Identify opportunities to improve clinical quality, operational efficiency, staff alignment, and client experience.
Support staff onboarding, training, consultation, and technical assistance in clinical and administrative areas.
Help foster team values, remove barriers, and ensure staff practice aligns with SummitStone policies and procedures.
Collaborate with leaders and team members to plan, implement, evaluate, and continuously improve clinical services.
Facilitate staff meetings, trainings, projects, and staff or client consultations.
Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited college or university required
More than three years of experience in a residential or behavioral health environment required
More than one year of experience in a leadership role in the behavioral health field required

Licenses and Certifications:
Current Colorado professional license in appropriate discipline (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) required (for positions providing clinical supervision toward licensure)
CAC III or LAC preferred
Valid Colorado driver’s license or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record required
CPR and First Aid certifications required
Preferred Qualifications:
More than one year of experience in acute or emergency care preferred
Bilingual/bi-cultural preferred
