The role serves as a key liaison between operations, resident services, and community partners to ensure supportive housing stability. Key duties include managing service provider contracts, analyzing resident data, and implementing mission-focused projects to improve resident outcomes.
Requires five years of professional experience with permanent supportive housing for vulnerable groups, or a Master's degree to substitute for one year. Candidates should have an educational background in social work, behavioral health, or public policy and proficiency in data tools like Airtable and Power BI.

LOCATION & TRAVEL: This position is based in Detroit, MI; this is a hybrid role requiring occasional travel to portfolio sites.
SCHEDULE Full-Time, Exempt; Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; occasional evenings and weekends as needed
SALARY: We offer a competitive starting salary of $70,000-$90,000. In line with our commitments to internal equity, we will not hire someone at this job level below or above the stated range.

What You’ll Do
Reporting to the Vice President of Mission Impact, you'll help ensure our supportive housing communities remain safe, stable, and responsive to resident needs by serving as a key liaison between operations, resident services, and community partners. The Specialist aligns daily project execution with strategic mission goals.
