Candidates must have at least one year of experience working with the elderly and previous supervisory or management experience. A high school diploma is required, while an associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
About the Role
The Transportation Manager is responsible for leading the daily transportation operations for a PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) program while ensuring the safe, timely, and efficient transportation of all participants. This role provides operational leadership, oversees transportation personnel, manages fleet operations, maintains regulatory compliance, and partners closely with clinical and operational teams to deliver exceptional service.
The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with a strong operational mindset who can effectively balance participant satisfaction, employee engagement, and transportation efficiency.
Experience working with the elderly for a minimum of one (1) year is required.
Work Location
Columbus, Ohio, with travel to other America West Transportation locations throughout the state
of Ohio as business needs require.
Candidates must also be willing to travel outside of Ohio for training, leadership development,
and operational support as needed.

Final compensation will be based on qualifications, experience, and overall fit for the position.
